c. Not only that, but the residential serviced suites are also overlooking the Saujana Golf and Country Club, which makes for a fantastic view. If you have children, there are several good schools nearby. Alternatively, this could be good for rental as the Japanese School is quite nearby and thus the highly paid Japanese expatriates could be your key market.
