Analysis

Launched at an attractive price of around RM250K, Titiwangsa Sentral motivated many buyers due to its proximity to the Titiwangsa LRT and buses. Slated for completion in mid 2011, some owners are already looking to lock in their profits at over RM400K even before handover.

One curious feature of Titiwangsa Sentral is the positioning of the entrance directly across from the entrance to Sentosa hospital. This entrance is also almost the furthest away from the LRT, although there might be a second non-car entrance closer to the LRT.

Most conventional feng shui advocates dislike locations so close to hospitals, so it is baffling why Monoland decided to compound the issue by locating the entrance this way.
