Hijauan Kiara is developed by the “Condo King” and founder of Sunrise, Dato’ Alan Tong Kok Mau together with his son, NK Tong via their development company, Bukit Kiara Properties. The company aims to target niche luxury market in the same stomping ground. This is the second project by the company after Aman Kiara, which is just across the road of Hijauan Kiara.

Hijauan Kiara is located on one of the lowest vantage points in the whole of Mont Kiara. It is also located near the SPRINT elevated highway, which residents may hear traffic noise occasionally. Other than that, Hijauan Kiara is probably the most beautiful condominium in Mont Kiara.

Hijauan Kiara is located nearby TNB high tension wires, which could be a turn-off for certain investors. However, the site has been declared safe by the relevant Malaysian governing body in regards to the radiation with a safety report issued.

Investment wise, for the price tag, it can only be afforded by expatriates and high net worth individuals. In the long-term, perhaps the market value will hike as this property is well demanded by exclusive expatriates, thus benefits its investor.
