Kiaramas Ayuria is another Mont Kiara project developed by Asia Quest Holdings. This condominium has the biggest piece of land among the other two Kiaramases, Kiaramas Cendana and Kiaramas Sutera, standing tall on a 9.155-acre freehold land, 470 feet above sea level.
