Story:
Many years ago, owner got this piece of land but no money. His friend got Shell to build the station, together with 7-Eleven commercial lot for him.
Shell allow owner to take all the profit from operating the Shell station.
Shell collects rental from 7-Eleven.
7-Eleven in turn rents to Naza Bikes.
The lease to Shell will expire by end-2012, before that the petrol station and 7-Eleven block still belongs to Shell.
Upon expiry, the petrol station and 7-Eleven block will belong back to shell company, then shell will open shell store and the owner have to manage the shell store for profit sharing like selling petrol (shell store business is the extra income for the owner).
Reason for selling: Owner says he is not happy because he's paying RM10k commission each month to his friend who got him this Shell deal. He is working hard but his frend is not working, still get 10k each month.
