Ketumbar Hill is a hill top condominium on freehold land. It is generally quiet despite the fact that it is a medium to high density building, with just less than 550 units. Positive points for this condominium is that it is located near shops, banks, and food courts. In addition, units come with 3 car parks (1 single, 1 double car park) as well a great KL view.

The disadvantages of Ketumbar Hill is that the maintenance fees are high, at 20 sen psf. However, this is made up for by the many facilities provided here. The layout can be considered not as good as other condominiums in the market, as the kitchen and bedrooms (including the master bedroom) is small.

Also, the car park is at the centre of all the blocks, so residents are required to cross the ‘bridge’ every time. Other than this, those residing in units that are facing the road may be affected by noise. This is because lorries do climb the hill on this road.
