Besides that, there is a door from the entrance to the wet kitchen area. Due to these not-so-practical areas waste, its master bedroom seems small. It comes with a lanai.

Type B layout seems more practical than Type A. Perhaps it explains why the units were already sold out compared to the former. It comprises 1,661 sf of built-up size and comes with 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is larger but there is neither a lanai nor balcony.
