Analysis
By the very long list of facilities offered by the developer, First Residence seems to be lacking common sports and common facilities such as tennis/squash court, sauna and Jacuzzi. Hence, there is nothing to shout about the facilities available. And also, bear in mind that, the maintenance fee is about RM0.22 – RM0.25 psf, which is among the highest ones within Kepong vicinity.
In terms of pricing, most people feel that the price is quite hefty, as the location is not really near to any LRT or Komuter. Furthermore, the condominium is surrounded by factories, and its facilities are not that ultra-modern. In fact, the price is about within the same range as the landed houses around the First Residence.
