These are some pictures of our apartment taken before it was rented out last September. The apartment has been completely refurbished about 15 months ago and in the last one year the tenant has hardly stayed in the apartment! The apartment is available from mid-November.

It is a two bed-room apartment on the 29th Floor and is 940 sq ft with a Ascot and KLCC Park view with the morning sun beaming in. One carpark is provided.

It is FULLY furnished with original oil paintings and prints, with a 32 in LCD and Phillips surround sound music system. Bed linen towels, crockery, cutlery, microwave (convectional /oven), wireless broadband is provided. All the tenant literally has to do is to bring his suitcase and laptop!! Everything is provided!

We am hoping to get a rental of RM 6,200 per month .The rent is higher as it is on 29th floor and it is well appointed.
