- Much higher headroom/ceiling compared with normal shopping malls - 5 metres (16'5'') floor-to-floor heights for all shopping floors i.e. LG, G & UG. The developer purposely spend more money (in term of construction costs) to build higher headroom so that retail shops project an exclusive feeling to shoppers.
