Magna Ville (also known as Magnaville Selayang) is a high-rise condominium project developed by Magna Park Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Magna Prima Bhd.
Magna Ville spreads over 23.1 acres of land. The project consists of three 22-storey blocks with a total of 1,074 units with built-up between 915 sf and 1,259 sf. The project was completed in March 2010 and located strategically along Jalan Ipoh at Selayang.
Located to the North of Kuala Lumpur, Magna Ville is accessible via Selayang-Kepong Highway which leads to North-South Highway to the South and eventually to Bandar Utama and Petaling Jaya; Jalan Ipoh which leads to Duta-Ulu Kelang Highway to the South and eventually to Kuala Lumpur City Center. Neighboring suburbs are Kepong, Jinjang, Batu Caves and Gombak, all are well-established neighborhoods.
The location of Magna Ville is convenient and near many amenities which include Selayang Mall, Selayang Hospital, Giant Hypermarket, Pasar Borong Selayang, SK Taman Prima, and commercial centre that offers banking and services. It is also very close to that UiTM medical campus, with good prospect in rental returns.
However, with over a thousand units, Magna Ville’s residents can expect high density living and parking problems due to limited parking space. There are also numerous complaints from buyers about low quality finishing and unfulfilled provisions.
