Some variants are two and a half storey, thereby giving the larger build up of up to 3,500. For the extra floor, it consists of an extra bedroom with ensuite bath.

Other than that there is not much to fault on the design, the spacing all round is quite balanced and there porch is able to accommodate two cars (something quite important these days). The facade is dominant by a granite tile feature in the front; it definitely makes a bold entrance statement.
