After the successful launch of the first phase of Alam Avenue, IRDK Land Sdn Bhd recently launched its second phase of Alam Avenue.

IRDK Land Sdn Bhd senior manager Soh Choon Guan said the property was located at major expressways and commuter train service, and was convenient for neighbourhoods in the area.
He added that the second phase was the continuation of the first phase, and the buildings have similar look and feel, both in quality and concept.
“We are at the fringe of Klang and Shah Alam, Avenue 2 is an easy access, and there is no congestion in this area.
“Furthermore it’s a matured location, not a new location. What we are trying to do is to create a township here,” said Soh, adding that the company was also upgrading the infrastructure in the area.
It includes upgrading of roads, drainage and traffic system.
He said the IRDK was also able to keep the quality of works at a certain standard as it was the landowner, developer as well as the main contractor.
“That’s why we can also get the work done fast, without compromising on the quality and design,” said Soh, adding that Alam Avenue 1 was a three-year project, which was completed in two years.
The three-storey lots are priced from RM1.4mil to RM2mil, while the four-storey units are from RM2mil to RM2.3mil, and the five-storey lots are from RM3mil to RM5mil.
Soh added the company’s next project would be a residential property.
