In terms of accessibility, Tara is easily reachable via Jalan Ampang Hilir and Jalan 1/76. Jalan Ampang Hilir can be accessible from Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun Razak and MRR2 highway. While Jalan 1/76 leads to Jalan Kampung Pandan and directs to Jalan Tun Razak and SMART highway.
Even though Tara is an old condominium, its facade looks new as the building got a new coat of paint several years back.
There are not many high rises residential in Ampang Hilir. Thus, residents of Tara can enjoy fascinating view of the cityscape. Depending on the units, each unit will face North West, North East, South West or South East. Units that facing North West are the most desirable units here as the units enjoy great view of the city centre.
The price tag of Tara has been stagnant for quite few years. But it has high potential to rise in the future following plenty of new residential developments in the area pricing from RM800 to RM3,000 psf.
