Oasis Ara Damansara is a commercial hub that is located opposite the Saujana Golf Country Club. It is divided up into 6 phases of development on 15.78 acres of land, and features office towers, shops, jogging track, serviced apartments, and a Central Piazza which has a floating stage, water features, a bridge, cafes, and shops.

It is another project by Sime Darby Brunsfield, The first phase of Oasis Ara Damansara comprises of 288 shop offices, and 10 to 12-storey office blocks. It was completed in 2009, and all 6 phases will be completed by 2011. Blocks C and D have 88 and 142 units of office suites respectively.

There are also 42 retail units that are 1,569 sf to 2,431 sf big and are located on the ground floor. These were originally priced at RM625 psf and RM700psf. The office suites range from 927 sf to 2,988 sf. The launch price for these are between RM450 psf to RM464 psf.

The serviced apartments, dubbed Oasis Serviced Suites, come in 4 different layouts. There are 2 studio designs, with a built up size of either 572 sf and 669 sf. The 2-bedroom suite has a built up size of 944 sf, while the 2+1 bedroom suite has a built up area of 1,108 sf. Each suite has a built-in wardrobe, kitchen cabinets, kitchen hood and hob, air conditioner, hot water system, and a security alarm system with intercom and panic buttons.

Facilities at the Oasis Serviced Suites include a yoga garden, jogging track, gymnasium, childrens playground, gazebos and patios, sauna, changing rooms, childrens playroom, reading room. Surau, function room, TV room, aerobics room, bistro, games room, stage, swimming and wading pool, BBQ area, water features, and a putting garden.

This entire project is expected to be completed by 2012. In the future, there will be several blocks of 12-storey office towers, plus 2-storey food and beverage kiosks launched. In the mean time, there currently is a comprehensive security system ranging from central monitoring, and CCTV from not only the buildings but the service roads as well. Other features include a 24-management and maintenance team (great for those staying in the serviced apartments), has 5,000 car parks, and is wheelchair friendly.

Oasis Ara Damansara is located in front of Jalan Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah. It is accessible via many major highways and expressways, including the NKVE, LDP, KESAS, NPE, Federal, and North-South (ELITE). There is also a proposed Putra LRT station nearby. As for the residents in the serviced apartments, they will have access to private schools, good medical centres, and all the eateries and shops right next door to them.
