Tiara Faber is mostly occupied by young executives and young families who are working around Petaling Jaya, as well as Kuala Lumpur. All units at Tiara Faber of comes with only one covered parking that is insufficient for modern days living. As most of the residents are young executives and young families, most of them owned their own car which most of them parked theirs outside of the compound on the roadside. This illegal parking problem creates traffic congestion and unpleasant view for the residents. If you have more than a car, perhaps you can ask for parking spot rental or join the band wagon parking cars on the roadsides. Beware, there is traffic police summons illegal parking cars occasionally.
