Accessibility wise, SS1 can be easily accessed via Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and Federal Highway. It is approximately just 10 minutes driving to Section 14 commercial hub and Sunway. In addition, it is also within walking distance to Taman Paramount RapidKL LRT station.

Kampung Tunku is a great place to live as the neighborhood is serene and peaceful unlike other Petaling Jaya estates like [SS2] and SS21, where one can find a lot of cars buzzing around every single minute. Besides that, its resident association is strong here and always stand behind residents' rights.
