Bandar Enstek which spans 5,116 acres located only next door to the Sepang F1 International Circuit, just 10 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and only 38 minutes from downtown Kuala Lumpur via the Express Rail Link (ERL).

According to Malaysia National Physical Plan (NPP), Bandar Enstek is located in an area which have been gazette within Level 1 National Growth Conurbation; collectively known as the "Kuala Lumpur Conurbation" which encompasses mainly Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Nilai, Port Dickson and Seremban where Bandar Enstek is gazette in this Conurbation. It is also known as the Greater Klang Valley. This Level 1 National Growth Conurbation is part of the strategy under the Malaysia economy blue print to achieve a developed state status by the year 2020.

Among others, the two main investors in our techpark@enstek are National Halal Accreditation Centre that will be developed by JAKIM and the National Institute of Natural Products, Vaccines and Biologicals for the Ministry of Health.

Bandar Enstek has attracted investments worth more than RM2.6 Billion from government bodies and private organisations seeking to establish learning institutes and education and training centre. This includes the purchase of 1,000 acres by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Ministry to develop an international university, a polytechnic, R&D centres and other training institutes. Jabatan Audit Negara and the Fire & Rescue Department Malaysia have set up a R&D together with a training centre.

Cempaka Ladies College, modeled after the famous Cheltenham Ladies College in London, United Kingdom has purchased 35 acres and completed their development. The prestigious international school began operation in Enstek since September 2009.
