The Boulevard (also known as BSJ) in Subang Jaya is waterfront resort-style condominium that shares a 6 acre lake with the Holiday Villa Subang Hotel. It was completed in 2007 by EMKO Properties.

The Boulevard consists of two tall towers which are designed for mixed use. The two towers each feature six shop lots that can be found on the ground floor. There are also 2 business offices on the mezzanine floor, and then 28 floors of residential apartments.

The Boulevard was built to incorporate a distinct waterside living and a modern, urban oasis. This mixed use building has been built with luxury and designer style in mind.
