Description
KLCC Parkview has been in the market since 2007. ITs price has escalate from RM800 per sf till today RM100 per sf. If you can find any unit below RM870 per sf. Please go ahead.
Firstly, the demand here is much much much higher than its supply.
Secondly, the neighboring/surrounding condo mostly asking for RM1200 per sf for similar sizes.
Thirdly, if you can foresee the upcoming development in Golden triangle there isnt much land left to develop.
Last but not least, looking at current economy cycle. Investing here will be best choice as it is not consider high end nor low end. Parkview I consider it as medium end. NO matter good times or bad times medium end properties will always be in demand.
Walking distance to KLCC is another strong selling point. Parking would be a problem here but if your tenant woulnt mind to pay at least RM150-200 per month they can actually rent a nice decent parking space in the building itself.
Eating and leisure at KLCC, Sg wang or Pavilion. I do come across some tenants, they said they walked to Pavilion which is they claimed quite near. For those female or those who carry valuable things should be careful while walking near the street as you will never know when danger comes.
