The serviced apartments, dubbed Oasis Serviced Suites, come in 4 different layouts. There are 2 studio designs, with a built up size of either 572 sf and 669 sf. The 2-bedroom suite has a built up size of 944 sf, while the 2+1 bedroom suite has a built up area of 1,108 sf. Oasis Ara Damansara is located in front of Jalan Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah. It is accessible via many major highways and expressways, including the NKVE, LDP, KESAS, NPE, Federal , and North-South(ELITE). There is also a proposed Putra LRT station nearby. As for the residents in the serviced apartments, they
will have access to private schools, good medical centers, and all the eateries and shops right next door to them.
