Laman Granview is for a particular target market as some people will not like the location and may prefer a more city-like area as opposed to a property in a low-density estate. However, it will definitely appeal to those with a lot of money who like to get away from it all and find their own haven that is still close to civilization.

There has been some controversy over the neighboring Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve and the fact that the Selangor Government was considering having a small cemetery there. Unfortunately for those who like to have some “special friends”, the Selangor Government has now ruled that it will no longer develop it into a cemetery and are looking for alternative locations. This is a real win for Laman Granview and other neighborhoods surrounding this reserve.

This ruling makes Laman Granview an overall great place to live for those who enjoy nature, cool breezes, the peace and quiet. The hilltop view is amazing, with some reporting that they can see all the way to Putrajaya. For those who are concerned about the houses sliding off the hill, several measures have been put in place for any potential home owners peace of mind such as reinforced walls.
