The development is launched in early 2008 and expected to be completed in 2011. Initial buyers are offered to pay only a fixed deposit and nothing else until 2013. Also, 5% discount is given for Bumiputra purchasers. The developer claimed that 70% of the units have been taken up during its soft launch, which the units are priced around RM726 psf.
