Kiaraville is a luxury condominium that with a joint venture with foreign sources. Kiaraville was a result of the collaboration between Binaderas and CapitaLand Financial and OCBC Bank (Singapore).
It has with a special jogging track, a feature where not many condominiums have but of course this is done with the huge land of 6.74 acres.
