8.) The beginning of auction , the auctioneer will announce the commencement of the auction with term and condition of sales about auction.

9.) Bidder is to raise his hand or bidder’s card to bid for the auction property.

10.) The auctioneer’s hammer falls ,that meant the property is sold to who highest offer’s bidder in the auction.
