Sunway South Quay is a stunning residential and commercial development that is perfect for those who love the Bandar Sunway area. It is a safe investment due to the fact that it is close by to so many well-known facilities like Sunway Pyramid, universities, Sunway Lagoon, and a hospital all within several minutes drive away from Sunway South Quay.

Sunway South Quay is set to be self-contained, due to the commercial buildings that will be built around the lake. In essence, it will be similar to the Mines Resort where there is an international school, shopping mall, convention centre, and housing all around a lake and its off-shoot canals. However, Sunway South Quay is set to be better than that since the facilities are much better than the Mines area and Sunway has its reputation to uphold as a master builder.

The only negative is that the surrounding area can have traffic jams as Sunway is a very popular destination. On a positive note, the area will be serviced by the Sunway Monorail and probably Sunway’s free shuttle bus as well.
