The Developer
Liew Tze Yong, the managing director of Seputeh Gardens went into the practice of architecture in Malaysia after graduating in 1984 from Australia. He then started his own consultancy practice in 1987 and worked for numerous corporate figures venturing into various developments. He was responsible in obtaining Fiabci's best commercial building award for the Hong Leong headquarters in 1995, Fiabci's best residential award for the Bukit Gita Bayu in 2004 and this homestead was also nominated for the international Aga Khan residential award for the same year
