Description

Seri Maya is a modern designed

Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur. Located at Jalan Jelatek, off Jalan

Roads are not the only choice as residents can also travel by the
Kelana Jaya LRT line or other public transportation. Just next
door, across Jalan Jelatek, is the Setiawangsa LRT station,

Lumpur. The KLCC is only 4 stops away! According to KL City Plan 2020,
another MRT / LRT line is also expected to be built

You can also reach Seri Maya by using the Kuala Lumpur –
Ampang Elevated Highway which has an entrance and exit off

Tan & Tan Developments, the developer for Seri Maya, has first
launched Jelatek and Lanai, eventually followed by Havana,
then Savanna. Although Savanna doesn’t have a KLCC view like
Havana, it has a good views of Genting Highlands. This
developer is known to have beautifully designed and presented
homes, and that is what they did for Seri Maya, bringing the
uniqueness and quality in their finishes and workmanship.
There is a children’s playground, linear park, swimming pools,
closed-by amenities, and so on. It is almost like a big
community center.
Havana, a block of Seri Maya is 35-floor high with 14 units per
floor, 4 or 5 units on each wing, with six elevator. The units at
Havana range from about 1,300 to 1,800 sf and come with
either 3 or 3+1 bedrooms. The bedrooms in each unit are
separated away from the living and dining area, making it look
bigger and like a house. Each unit has a lanai instead of a
balcony, meaning it is somewhat wider. Savanna’s concept is
similar, but with different sizes of units.

This house comes with TV, sofa , coffee table , dining table , microwave, rice cooker , kettle , fridge and built in kitchen cabinet with hob and hood.
The unit has washing machine and dryer , iron and ironing board clothes rack and a large balcony.
All rooms have their own wardrobe and writing table and bed and Mosquito netting.
