Analysis
Zehn Bukit Pantai is loved by most people because of its low density feature with only 93 units (about 47 units per block), state-of-art interior design finishing and modern facade. Not only that, initial purchasers were given 10% discount and some with additional 5% will surely laughing right now as most modern and up-market condominium in Bangsar vicinity are currently tagged around RM1,000 psf, such as Bangsar Peak and One Menerung.

One of the main drawbacks of Zehn Bukit Pantai is its leasehold tenure. Once it is completed, it will have another 86 years of lease period. There are plans by the developer to extend the leasehold period to 99 years. Up to this date, the plan has not been approved by the authority yet.

There are several pros and cons for Zehn Bukit Pantai being located right next to Pantai Hospital. The pros include the doctors and high-level executives from the hospital will be its main target tenants and you can simply walk next door for any health emergency. The cons are there will be tonnes of annoying flashing red lights and siren, and some units are directly facing the emergency unit, which is quite an eye-sore.
