The design of Saujana Residency is indeed overwhelming, where the developer really put the effort to make this high-end condo outstanding among the rest of new apartments in the area. Right from the entrance, one will be awed by the large water feature that greets residents and visitors into the compound. Not only that, there are tall palm trees and tropical trees planted in the development that creates tropical resort ambiance.

One of the drawbacks of Saujana Residency is its commercial title, which means electricity bill, quit rent and assessment fee are doubled from normal condominium. Besides that, another drawback is large condominium supplies within the enclave. Several residential within the enclave are suffering from the stiff competition, such as Casa Tiara and e-Tiara which the prices have not appreciated much in few previous years.

However, Saujana Residency seems to be the most favorable serviced apartment in SS16, due to its strategic location and better design. No wonder that Saujana Residency units are asked way above other serviced apartments’ market prices.
