Taman Bukit Maluri is a slightly smaller community compared to nearby Bandar Menjalara. It consists of terrace houses, shop-offices and factory lots. The community is a matured neighborhood and has many amenities to serve the residents living there.

Popular restaurants like Defoodland Seafood Restaurant and Kanna Curry House are located nearby Taman Bukit Maluri, bringing visitors from outside the area. A morning market is located near the shop-offices as well and on Sundays, a weekly night market.
