Analysis
With a balanced combination of modern conveniences and nature, Taman Selayang Utama does seem to be a very strategic location both for own dwelling and also as investment.
However, some do lament that that Selayang is slightly far from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, and that traveling takes quite a fair bit of time especially during peak hours.
