SD3 (also known as Sri Damansara 3) is a mixed residential-commercial precinct in Bandar Sri Damansara, one of the largest township in Klang Valley. It was developed by Land & General and is located near Desa ParkCity and Bandar Utama.

As for recreational activities, there is the Sri Damansara Club located within Bandar Sri Damansara which has many recreational facilities like badminton courts, tennis courts, squash courts, gymnasium, snooker room, sauna, swimming pool, mini theater, karaoke, children’s room, library and a golf driving range.

There are several private schools within Bandar Sri Damansara such as Sekolah Sri Bestari (Menengah) and Sekolah Sri Bestari (Rendah), Tadika Manjalara, as well as a few government schools like SK Bandar Sri Damansara 1, SMK Bandar Sri Damansara 1, SK Sri Damansara 2, SMK Sri Damansara 2, SRK Bandar Seri Damansara 3 and SJK Desa Jaya 2.

SD3 is located at a very convenient area whereby there are many amenities within and near Bandar Sri Damansara. It is easily accessible via many highways like LDP and NKVE, however, these highways can be very congested during peak hours.

There are not many 1-storey terrace housing areas that can be found along LDP stretch. Hence, if your budget is limited for a single-storey terrace, a terrace house here should be your answer. The value of the single-storey link might increase further as the double-storey link asking price is approaching closer to RM1 million.
