Mayland, a Hong Kong-based developer, has by now been recognized as a serviced residence developer. It has completed and will complete many serviced residences in KLCC, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas. Despite disappointments from their previous condominium such as Sri Putramas I on Jalan Kuching, Regalia could potentially be a great investment, due to its strategic location, and bold concepts. However, most studio units do not come with parking spaces, where one has to buy separately. But who needs parking spaces when there is plenty of public transports nearby.
