The semi-detached units were originally priced at RM520,000 with a built-up area of 2,667 sf, while the semi-detached units were originally priced at RM648,000 with a built-up area of 2,960 sf.
12 acres of land have been dedicated to the commercial part of Cahaya SPK. This development incorporates a mix of shops and office towers.
