There is a huge potential that the river can run down the basement car park if heavy thunder storm occurs in the future.

On the other hand, it is totally a different world inside the Capital Square itself, where plenty of expatriates will usually hang out at those chic bistros and restaurants after office hour. There is also a lavish shopping complex and signature offices, making a stark contrast to the surrounding outside.

The good news is, a major refurbishment of old colonial shops into boutique shops is under going within the area. Asian Heritage Row is one example of such urban transformation. This will definitely change the face of Dang Wangi vicinity into the next KLCC.
