Analysis:-
Kiara 1888 is a beautifully designed development that meets various needs of the residents. It has all the basic facilities one would see in its competitors, except that the landscape here is quite beautifully laid. Especially the entrance and the surrounding of the Zen Garden, as well as the pool deck. There is also a nature park that comes with showers that are able to give the residents an interesting experience, living in a space where greens are not lack as well.

Mitraland is the developer of Kiara 1888, and this would be their first time building high-end development in Mont Kiara. Not surprisingly, the project was sold out in 2006 without any show units, all merely through by word of mouth, fliers and scaled models. However, now one could only be the subsale buyer, since it is all sold-out. That shows how affordable this attractive development is.
