Mr. Victor Lim is the Managing Director of iProp Realty. Lim studied ACCA and worked as an auditor before with then international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrant now know as Price Waterhouse Coopers. Lim started off his career in real estate in 1993 and throughout the years, he has accumulated an extensive expertise in the property sector, especially in the Klang Valley. From 1993 to 2000, Lim worked as a Negotiator with J-Line Properties in USJ 10, Taipan, Subang Jaya. Lim exhibited a keen foresight in the real estate business and together with his outstanding job performance; Lim was promoted to Senior Negotiator in just two years. In 2004, Lim obtained his Estate Agent license and created his own firm &172;&172; eTrens Properties. eTrens Properties expanded rapidly under Lim’s leadership and soon it was time for bigger things. In 2004, with the ambition to capture a larger market share, Lim teamed with his three partners and formed iProp Realty. The properties which have been successfully handled by Lim and iProp Realty are worth millions of Ringgit and the figure continues to grow as the firm expands itself.
