I recently joint the i-Smarte Realtors but unfortunately this company is operating without license.<br>I found out from Real Estate Board of Malaysia/they inform me about this.This company even collect money from the future agents,but they stated that we are not working with that company/no appointment letter but we have name cards.Go figured out what that means,surely does not sound like a reputable company.I guess you yourselfs can go find out that this company indeed a bogus company.
