I specialize in the sale and rental of high-end properties in Damansara Heights, Bangsar and KLCC - the residential areas that are most sought-after by locals and expatriates alike. I also deal with the sale and rental of enbloc commercial buildings and hotels.

MY BACKGROUND:

I have lived in the UK for 5 years. I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (UK) as an expatriate tax consultant after graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Accounting and Finance. After returning to Malaysia , I spent another 4 years in the finance industry, specializing in investment research and analysis, with my last held position being an investment manager with the private equity division of an investment bank. As a former investment professional, I strongly believe that property is the safest form of investment because it is able to generate both stable rental income and long-term capital growth. Property also provides the best hedge against inflation and is less susceptible to market volatility compared to stocks.
