I have been in the real estate business the last 23 years (since 1988) and set up my own firm in 1996 after having passed the qualifying examinations set by the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Estate Agents. Prior to this, I was employed in MCIS Ltd which is a composite insurance company, variously as Chief Development Officer, Branch Development Manager and also as Chief Agent in the Non-Life Division of the company. My forte is sale and rental of bungalows with particular focus on Country Heights. I have a home there and have also served two terms in the Country Heights Residents & Land Owners's Association as its Vice Chairman.
